Tutorial System Progress

A lot of progress was made tonight with the tutorial system, especially with adding the comments and fixing the display for the news and aswell as tutorials. The whole system should be done this week! When it is done, instead of doing nothing in my spare time, I can write tutorials (why I wouldn't be finishing this...)!
I've added a little bit of paging to it, but it doesn't work yet... I'll get that sorted out tommorow. Until then!
